How does the ordering process begin?

The ordering process starts with the buyer sending a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Everhold Infra Metals.
What documents does the seller provide after accepting the FCO?

Everhold Infra Metals will issue a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) open for review, along with several annexes: Annex A: Technical details of the commodity Annex B: Buyer-provided plan of total shipments and delivery schedule Annex C: Technical specifications, signed and sealed Annex D: Commitment letter guaranteeing product quantity, quality, availability, and supply, signed and sealed
How does the buyer initiate payment?

The buyer initiates a draft for a 20% Letter of Credit (LC) based on the total contract value. This LC should be MT700, Sight, Confirmed, Revolving, and Irrevocable with a full guarantee from the buyer's bank.
What happens after the buyer initiates the LC draft?

Everhold Infra Metals will review the LC draft and confirm they are ready to receive the LC.
When and how does the LC get issued?

The buyer's bank should activate the LC within 14 days of receiving the Commercial Invoice. The bank then issues an MT700 LC with a minimum coverage of 20% of the total contract value (confirmed, irrevocable, revolving) to Everhold Infra Metals' bank.
What additional guarantees are involved?

Everhold Infra Metals will provide a Performance Bond Guarantee for 20% of the total contract value to the buyer's bank as security against the LC.
